Role Overview: As a Senior/Lead Consultant specializing in BODS with Data Migration experience, your role will involve addressing critical data challenges for clients. You will leverage your expertise in project management and business processes related to data migration and governance. Your contributions will be vital in various project phases such as discovery, solution development, design/architecture, and overall process detailing. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions to clients across industries daily. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver bespoke technology and business solutions to clients in sectors like Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities. - Independently implement and develop customer deliverables using Syniti methodology and tools, meeting or exceeding customer requirements. - Develop and test technical solutions based on functional specifications and provide necessary user training. - Collaborate with other consultants within project teams of varying sizes at customer sites. - Contribute to team problem-solving efforts and propose solutions to address client issues. - Conduct requirements and data analysis, as well as generate reports. - Assist in customizing and configuring solutions as needed. - Ensure the completion and accuracy of work products. - Enhance consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and client interactions. - Promote best practices in business process design and implementation. - Demonstrate an advanced level of functional/technical expertise in your focus area. - Fulfill engagement utilization requirements. - Work independently with moderate supervision, initiating routine tasks without specific instructions. - Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards safeguarding customer and corporate information. - Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related analytical/technical fields. - Experience in ERP techno-functional or functional roles, with preference for SAP experience. - Participation in one or more full ERP implementation lifecycles. - Proficiency in data quality analysis, statistical analysis, and/or modeling. - Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives effectively. - Excellent presentation skills tailored to wide audiences. - Superior customer service skills, with prior experience in direct customer interactions. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and quickly acquire new skills. - Self-motivated individual capable of excelling in fast-paced settings. - Strong drive to achieve results under pressure. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
