Job Summary: The senior marketing officer is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AdBlue, an essential diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems. The specialist will work to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales through targeted campaigns, market analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market penetration and growth. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting AdBlue usage. Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Campaign Development and Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, design, and distribution. Manage social media presence and online advertising to enhance brand visibility. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools. Provide training and support to sales representatives on product features and benefits. Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Gather and act on customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CIM) are a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, chemical, or industrial sectors. Experience with AdBlue or similar products is highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC). Creative mindset with a knack for innovative marketing solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
