Develop and execute sales strategies for office automation products (printers, copiers, scanners, projectors, workflow software) across Northeast India including Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim. Identify and onboard new clients from government departments, educational institutions, SMEs, and corporate sectors. Expand market presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through field visits and local partnerships. Plan and manage travel across multiple states to meet clients, conduct demos, and close deals. Maintain a structured visit calendar to cover remote and semi-urban areas efficiently Present and demonstrate office automation solutions tailored to local business needs and infrastructure. Recommend cost-effective and scalable solutions for clients with limited digital infrastructure. Stay updated on product features, upgrades, and competitive offerings. Provide end-to-end sales support including quotations, negotiations, and order processing. Ensure timely delivery, installation, and training for clients. Offer post-sales service coordination and maintain high customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, lead conversion, and client feedback across the region. Submit weekly and monthly reports to regional sales managers. Share insights on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences Participate in regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Work with marketing teams to design campaigns suited for the Northeast audience. Conduct awareness sessions and product demos in educational and government
