Roles and Responsibilities Manage showroom sales, counter sales, and gold loan operations to achieve targets. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Ensure accurate documentation of customer transactions and maintain a high level of service quality. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries promptly and efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in jewelry retail or related field (showroom sales, counter sales). Strong knowledge of gems, gold, and other precious metals products. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
