I purchased something on sale and asked whoever was checking me out if it was returnable to which they replied yes. I went to return the items and they wouldn’t accept it. The store manager was rude and had zero sympathy.

I found plenty of items I liked. They have lots of sizes on their clothes. They also have many discounts. The only issue we had was when they scanned a discounted item, it showed up as full price on the register. We had to let the cashier know so she could lower the price.

The salesman at the checkout in the women's department IVAN was very rude! After the purchase, I had a bad impression, an unpleasant feeling, I do not want to return to this store because of such unpleasant sellers! But I like the clothes. I really want managers to carefully select staff!!!

Salespeople here aren’t a ton of help but I don’t think they’re meant to help. It’s more of a self-guided shopping experience. I really like their baby and kids clothes. Check em out.

Love the styles this place provides and I bought so many things from this store. The only problem is I'll find what I want in stores then have to order it online because they only carry the European sizes in stores and I'm a bit bigger of a guy. But still satisfied with service and as long as I get my clothes, I'm happy.
