Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with service needs. Prepare job cards, estimates, and service orders. Communicate with technicians and update customers on job status. Ensure timely delivery and quality service. Promote additional services when required. Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic automotive knowledge.
