Defines and optimizes the necessary resources (E-P-C-C) Defines the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.) Well versed with Planning package deliverables Well Versed with Engineering discipline deliverables and its associated linkages Advance Knowledge of Excel and related tools Defines for the Management, the Proposal Manager, and the Estimation Department a Contract duration realistic and feasible for execution. Supports Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline, progress claimed or milestones achievement. Increases Project team members awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths Monitors the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions. Estimates the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the Extension of Time analysis, in case of delay due to Client. Provides Project Feedback and Lessons Learned to improve the Planning & Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning Department Ensures the implementation and improvement of company Planning and Scheduling standards and procedures. Fulfills an advisory role to the Project or Proposal Management, as well as to BU and /or Top management Job Scope Leads the Planning & Scheduling activities on a project or performs as Planner as per project scope and size Provides leadership and expertise to a small Planning & Scheduling team Project scope and/or Phases: Engineering Services or EPC. Typical Profile / Must Have Engineering degree or equivalent diploma 10-15 years of experience in Project execution, with experience of leading a team in one of the projects At least 1-2 nos of EPCC full project lifecycle experience Have worked in EPC/ EPCM/PMC related projects Good understanding of the business principles for the energy ( Preferably Oil & Gas) industry Good knowledge of scheduling computer tools (i.e. primavera (must) / MS Project) Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles, activity linkages Possesses good data handling capabilities with spread sheets or data bases, business intelligence tools Professional English both verbal and written Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria for IT and ERP implementations or upgrades . Manage project pipeline, backlog, resource allocation, and prioritization in collaboration with leadership. Support ERP vendor coordination , license management, and integration planning. Develop and manage budgets based on scope, including cost projections for ERP systems and third-party tools. Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira. Provide timely and transparent project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, strategic changes, and risk logs. Ensure adherence to SDLC and ERP implementation best practices , including data migration, testing, and user training. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and cross-functional team performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, key project decisions, ERP configurations, and milestone achievements for audit and transparency. Job : 8 to 10 years of proven experience delivering complex technology and ERP projects . Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Hands-on experience managing ERP implementations or integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, SharePoint, OneNote , and ERP project tools . Prior experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) structure. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and matrixed team environments, including offshore coordination. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management capabilities. Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, change management , and budget control . Ability to adapt PM and SDLC methodologies to varied project needs, including those related to enterprise systems . Technically adept in understanding systems architecture, ERP data models , and contributing to solution design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent experience in enterprise systems management . Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Agile projects. 2–5 years of experience with Atlassian tools – Jira and Confluence. Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
