Title Scrum Master Job Location Nashik Certifications: • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., PSM I) Preferred, not mandatory • Basic project management certification or training Experience : • 1-2 years of experience in IT projects, with at least 1 year in a Scrum Master or coordination role • Exposure to Agile project delivery and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) • Good understanding of project planning, coordination, and reporting Job Overview To lead Agile project delivery while managing end-to-end project governance activities. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive collaboration across teams. Support project planning, scheduling, resource alignment, and risk resolution. Ensure visibility and predictability in project execution through structured monitoring and reporting. Act as a key communication link between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers. Responsibilities and Duties Scrum Facilitation – Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Project Planning – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed plans, timelines, and resource forecasts. Team Support & Coaching – Guide the team on Agile principles, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement. Progress Tracking – Monitor progress through Agile metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, sprint goals) and PM tools. Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Change & Risk Management – Drive change management and proactively identify project risks with impact analysis. Reporting & Analytics – Perform project health analysis and generate actionable reports for management review. Resource Management – Maintain visibility on resource availability, allocation, and workload balancing. Competency Fluent and precise communication Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project management principles Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, and Office 365 Proactive and process-driven mindset High ownership and assertiveness Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to coach teams and manage stakeholder expectations Excellent priority and time management skills
