Hiring Announcement: Accountant (Minimum 5 Years’ Experience) Patil Constructions is seeking an experienced Accountant to lead our finance and compliance function. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage construction project accounts from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Accounting: Complete bookkeeping and financial management using Tally * GST: Preparation, filing, reconciliation, and verification of vendor GST compliance * Excel & Analysis: Advanced use of Excel for MIS reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysis * Taxation: Income Tax Return filing, TDS computation and compliance, EPF filings * Audit: Preparing schedules and supporting statutory and internal audits * Accounts Payables & Receivables: Monitoring cash inflows/outflows, ageing analysis, and settlement tracking * Procurement & Vendor Finance: Site purchase cost analysis, vendor rate benchmarking, invoice verification, and record keeping * Payroll: Preparing monthly salary sheets and updating Tally post-disbursement * Process Improvement: Strengthening accounting processes and controls across sites Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in accounting (construction/infra preferred) * Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indian accounting standards * Practical expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, EPF, and audits * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities How to Apply Submit your application here: https://forms.gle/hTQnLcFGENRhwsmy6
