Maintain and update inventory records for raw materials and finished goods in Excel. Track inward and outward stock movements with proper documentation. Prepare company documents, reports, and QC formats using Excel and Word. Monitor stock levels, generate alerts for reorder, and coordinate with store/production teams. Create and manage standardized templates for internal reports and client documentation. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for outgoing supply documentation. Support internal audits with well-maintained Excel files and records.
