We are hiring a motivated and confident Customer Calling Marketing Executive (Female) who will be responsible for outbound calling to potential and existing clients, promoting products/services, and generating leads. This is a dynamic, voice-based marketing role focused on customer engagement and conversion support. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing customers. Deliver marketing messages clearly using predefined scripts and natural conversation. Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and requirements. Maintain CRM entries and follow up on leads to support sales conversion. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as required. Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads. Share insights on customer feedback and competitor activity. Candidate Profile: Strong verbal communication with clarity and pleasant tone. Confident, organized, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
