We’re offering an internship focused on MS Word, Canva, and AI tools—giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in crafting impactful content, designing engaging visuals, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity and creativity.

Your Role

Content Development & Data Management

• Develop polished and engaging documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in MS Word and related tools for academic and digital use.
• Use AI tools to improve content quality, conduct research, and simplify workflows.
• Research and verify information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the design team to create infographics, charts, and other visual assets using Canva.
• Edit and proofread materials to maintain consistency, clarity, and precision.
• Work with subject experts to ensure content aligns with project goals.

Student Engagement & Market Insights

• Support online learners by responding promptly and effectively to their questions.
• Research current trends and topics to inspire new content ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative, data-backed strategies.
• Assist in analyzing marketing campaigns and compiling performance insights.

Growth & Learning Opportunities

• Receive guided training in content development, design, and AI applications.
• Strengthen your technical, creative, and analytical skills through real-world experience.

Who Can Apply

• Preferably a Commerce student or graduate (or from a related field).
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English grammar and communication.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (or willingness to learn).
• Interest in exploring AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Passionate about producing high-quality, purposeful work.
