What You’ll Do

Content Development & Data Handling

• Create clear, engaging documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word and related tools for academic and digital use.
• Use AI tools to refine content, support research, and streamline workflows.
• Research and ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant.
• Collaborate with the design team to add visuals, infographics, and charts using Canva.
• Proofread and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Work with subject experts to meet specific content goals.

Student Support & Market Insights

• Assist online students by addressing their queries promptly and effectively.
• Conduct research on industry trends and popular topics.
• Contribute to idea sessions to develop creative, data-informed strategies.
• Support the analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Learning & Growth

• Receive practical training in content creation, design tools, and AI platforms to boost your skills and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Preferably a Commerce graduate or from a related field.
• Strong written communication, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of English grammar and language.
• Basic or no prior experience in MS Office, Google Workspace, or Canva—but eager to learn.
• Enthusiastic about exploring AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Committed to producing meaningful, high-quality work.
