As a Web/Graphic Designer/Art Director at our company, you will be responsible for creating unique and eye-catching designs and conceptualizing ideas for clients. Your role will be within the Creative Group, reporting to the Creative Head. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge in multiple design facets such as web, print, flash, etc. - Demonstrate a complete understanding of typography, branding, and page layout. - Think innovatively and outside the box to deliver exceptional designs. - Proficient in software tools including Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Coreldraw, HTML/DHTML, CSS, and Javascript. - Stay updated on current trends in web development and possess the necessary tools for web and interactive projects. - Meet tight deadlines and adapt to fluctuating client demands. - Collaborate effectively with various teams to independently deliver completed projects. - Showcase strong presentation and communication skills while interacting with clients autonomously. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field; a Diploma or degree in Fine Arts would be advantageous. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web/Graphic Designer/Art Director with a good understanding of the Internet Medium. - Candidates with at least 2 years of experience may be considered for junior roles. - Experience in leading a team of junior designers and collaborating within a cross-functional team environment.
