As a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Architect/Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service solutions for our clients. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of complex Field Service solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements. - Possess a deep understanding of Field Service core functionalities, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, mobile capabilities, and offline functionality. - Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications. - Conduct performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities within the Field Service solution. - Stay informed about the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for Field Service implementation. - Lead pre-sales engagements by showcasing the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Field Service to potential clients. - Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service or a comparable field service management solution. - Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Field Service solutions. - In-depth knowledge of Field Service core functionalities, workflows, and configuration options. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Field Service with other business systems. - Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities. - Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Preference for experience in mentoring and leading junior team members.
