Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer (ERP Development)

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in Microsoft Dynamics development

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to lead the transformation of our current manual, paper-based processes into a fully digital custom ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the ERP solution using Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze existing manual processes and workflows.
• Design, develop, and customize ERP modules in Microsoft Dynamics from scratch.
• Integrate various functional areas (finance, inventory, HR, operations, etc.) into the ERP system.
• Ensure the system is scalable, user-friendly, and aligns with business goals.
• Migrate historical data from paper to digital formats.
• Provide documentation and user training for smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the system post-implementation.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, or NAV).
• Experience in ERP design, customization, and module development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Dynamics Web Services.
• Knowledge of system integration and data migration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing ERP from scratch.
• Understanding of manual workflows and process digitization.
• Experience in reporting tools like Power BI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
