MS Dynamic CRM Developer - Power Platform Suite

As an MSD CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Your role will involve working on the MS Dynamics 365 platform, utilizing various tools such as Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies. Additionally, you will develop solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power Pages, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) while integrating external systems through web services and other methods. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to developers, collaborating with internal teams to achieve technical outcomes aligned with business objectives, defining reusable patterns, and ensuring cohesive architectural design. You will also assist in creating and maintaining Dataverse environments and optimizing the utilization of connectors, Power Automate, and related tools. To excel in this role, you should have more than 4 years of experience in Dynamics CE / MS Dynamics CRM development and integration. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools and technologies is essential, along with a strong background in .NET and JavaScript for development and customizations. Experience in the Customer Service Module is mandatory for the C1 level, and a proven ability to effectively communicate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions is crucial. Moreover, you should possess expertise in building and deploying solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions, and maintaining various components such as Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, and Custom Workflow Assemblies. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills are also key to success in this role.
