Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements. Conduct meetings, property tours, and negotiations to close sales. Provide guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Handle documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups related to property transactions. Team & Coordination (For Sales Manager role) Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns. Market Research Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Share feedback and insights with management to improve products and services. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries. Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property showings. Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate details. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Provide information about payment plans, legal documentation, and project features. Handle customer queries, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction. Report daily activities, lead status, and conversions to the manager. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Sales, or Business). Prior experience in telesales/real estate sales/customer service is an advantage.
