Role & Responsibilities Design with purpose — create visuals that don’t just look good, but communicate with clarity. Develop social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, infographics, and pitch decks. Create and adapt digital assets for websites, mobile interfaces, and email campaigns. Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Translate creative briefs into cohesive design outputs that meet campaign goals. Revise designs based on feedback and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor visuals, and new-age design formats. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines without compromising creativity. The candidate must have their own Laptop. Preferred Candidate Profile 2–3 years of graphic design experience in an agency, in-house brand, or startup setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), and Figma . Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, and brand visual systems. A compelling portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work. Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms . Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a strong plus. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate fast. Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for storytelling through design. Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly social media calendars and content strategies. Content writing. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, and reels) across platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc. Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Track emerging trends and competitor activity to maintain an innovative presence. Respond to followers, manage queries and engage with the online community. Coordinate with influencers and manage outreach campaigns when required. Requirements: Strong Communications skills. 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts.
