What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot issues like: Password resets Printer & email setup Software installations Desktop/laptop support Basic networking Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation. Maintain the ticketing system and update the knowledge base. Support users with basic IT training and guidance. Assist in hardware/software maintenance and system monitoring. What You’ll Bring A diploma or degree in IT (preferred). Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, or Linux. Familiarity with MS Office, ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
