Role & responsibilities Track and Analyze Food Waste: Collect and maintain data on food consumption, wastage points, and excess production across units. Commercial Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on food waste volumes, cost implications, and savings achieved through reduction efforts. Inventory and Procurement Oversight: Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to align supply with accurate demand forecasts and avoid overordering. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities by reducing wastage and streamlining resource usage without compromising service quality. Team Collaboration: Liaise with operations, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to implement best practices for waste prevention and segregation.
