Role: Supply chain specialist Job Code: 367757 Gap: 2 Location : Bangalore / Chennai Shift: New Zealand Shift: 1am to 8am Band: BPO 2/3 Salary: up to 9 LPA Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business or related field Certifications : CSCP, CPSM, CIPS or SRM-Focused programs -Experience in sectors like retails is preferred -Lean Six Sigma -Experience of 4 to 6 Years JOB Responsibilities: -Responsible for optimizing stock flow and fulfillment through the supply chain by using critical thinking, data analysis and developing & maintaining effective ways of working. -Working cross -function with buying planning, logistics or stores operations team, delivering key elements of the supply chain function , or driving process improvement of key facets of supply chain activities through out the end to end stock flow and fulfillment process. -Support and manage coordinated ordering with suppliers too optimized deliveries -Manage suppliers delivery schedules and lead times to optimize inventory flow through the business cost effectively -Ensuring that we reliably get product from our suppliers to our customers in stores or at home , and work on optimizing these processes and data to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business -Enhancing the retail supply chain processes to ensure efficient distribution and fulfillment of products Skill Set Required: 1.Proficiency in Material Requirement Planning ( MRP ) 2.Fair understanding of Demand forecasting and inventory planning. Understanding of lead times, order cycles and safety stocks 3.Familiarity with incoterms, shipping modes, customs procedures 4.Knowledge of import regulations and documentations 5.Ability to analyze supply data, rack KPIs ( OTIF, Inventory turnover, supplier realibility ) 6.Use of tools like Power BI, Tableau or Excel dashboards 7.Root cause analysis and scenario planning 8.QUick resolution to supply disruptions, shortages and delays 9.Capacity to reprioritize shipment and balance inventory levels 10.Identify supply chain risk and implementing mitigation plans 11.Ability to suggest improvements to inbound planning workflows 12.Hands on experience on ERP like Oracle, SAP, BLUE YOUNDER etc. **reject if candidate is not in Chennai / Bangalore** **Graduation is compulsory** **international BPO experience is required, this is non negotiable**
