Educational qualifications for this role include a background in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in production planning or a degree in BBA/MBA specializing in Planning/Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Key skills and tools required for this role encompass proficiency in Tally and any ERP system with planning and production modules. The candidate should also possess advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel VBAs. In terms of soft skills, the candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for cross-functional team coordination, adeptness in managing multiple tasks efficiently, and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments while upholding ethical standards. The role also necessitates expertise in various ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other platforms. Proficiency in ERP modules including Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory Management, Procurement, and Finance is crucial. Experience in customizing ERP systems, data management, automation, and scripting tools within ERP environments is highly desirable. Furthermore, the candidate should possess planning and analytical skills, including experience in demand and supply planning, inventory and procurement optimization, and knowledge of key performance indicators and metrics such as OTIF, Inventory Turnover, and Lead Time Reduction. Prior work experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects, along with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with departments like Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT, is advantageous. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies in the context of ERP projects is also beneficial for this role.,
