As a Molecular Biology Sales Support Specialist, you will maintain a strong understanding of molecular biology methods, including NGS sequencing, qPCR, SNP Genotyping, mRNA Seq, and digital PCR, across various specialty applications. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality sales support by engaging with customers through technical discussions, seminars, and demonstrations. You will offer multi-faceted customer support by conducting on-site and in-house training sessions, addressing email and phone inquiries, engaging in applications discussions, assisting with planning and troubleshooting, and analyzing data. Collaboration with in-house teams will be essential to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of future products and training programs. This role will provide you with challenging opportunities for personal and professional growth within a unique, exciting, and highly engaging team culture that promotes integration among corporate and field-based colleagues. You will have the chance to participate in excellent team and company-wide events multiple times a year. Additionally, you will support sales and pre-sales functions by working closely with customers to enable analysis based on experimental design and application. It will be part of your responsibilities to document and process all service and customer account related reports, updates, and communications in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will contribute to pre-sales activities by delivering technical presentations on the features and benefits of POROS and CaptureSelect products.
