Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Mumbai (Western Line). The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, daily customer visit in assigned area. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to support the sales process, provide product demonstrations, and develop solutions tailored to client needs. You'll work closely with both the engineering and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and met. Act as a technical expert during the pre-sales process, answering product-related questions and addressing technical concerns. Identify and qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and propose tailored technical solutions. Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and opportunities. Qualifications Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills Technical Support and Communication skills Experience in Sales Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
