You will be responsible for providing installation and service support for equipment such as MRI, CT, Cath Lab, and Digital X-ray. This includes handling breakdowns, updating calls, performing safety checks, and closing calls. You will also be in charge of routine maintenance, tune-ups, calibration, and quality checks to ensure the uptime of systems. Additionally, you will conduct machine demonstrations and provide first-level application training to users. Remote service through Siemens Remote Service (SRS) connectivity will also be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will be involved in selling spare parts, consumables, contracts, and renewals. Collaboration with service partners for outsourced business, OEM products, spare parts, and tools requirements is also expected. To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 4 to 10 years of service experience in handling equipment like MRI, CT, and Cath Lab Systems. Candidates with service experience in multi-modality systems such as MRI/CT scanners, Cath Labs, and high-end Digital Radiography will also be considered.
