We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the financial operations of our organization in the food industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and overall financial health of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Implement cost-control measures and optimize financial efficiency. Prepare detailed MIS reports for management decision-making. Manage vendor payments, receivables, and payables effectively. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Candidate Profile Must have experience in the food industry . Proven track record in managing finance teams and delivering business results. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
