Job Description

Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Shall report to Manager-Medical Records and Medical Record Officer.

Shall help Medical Record Officer to maintain the following Registers:

Medico Legal Case Register

Death Register

Inpatients Register

Court Register

Consolidated Case Register

Wound Register

Surety Register

Shall submit daily and monthly census figures to the department head for preparation of monthly returns.

Shall see that all entries in the various sheets of the patient case sheet are completed before putting them in the filing cabinets.

Shall prepare the hospital statistics as well as the departmental statistics for monthly/annual reports.

Shall display all the statistical data in graphs, charts, pictures etc.

Shall be responsible for collection of records of discharged patients.

Shall assemble the medical records of discharged patients according to the specific order.

Shall type daily discharge list.

Shall be responsible for proper filing and maintenance of patients’ name index card of discharged patients.

Any other work assigned by the Manager-Medical Records/Medical Record Officer/ Manager-F & A.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification - Any degree (Only Male candidates)

Experience - Freshers can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.41 per month
