Role & responsibilities Sr. Officer HR- Recruitment Experince - 6 to 7 years CTC- 7 to 8 LPA Location- Nigdi Pune. ( Corporate office ) A. Recruitment 1. To understand the various RFH across the country in line with discussion with HODs and plot the Job description if not made to be shared with candidates. 2. To send mass emails and do cold calling to potential candidates. 3. To post vacancies on Naukri Portal and manage responses 4. Manage and maitain HR one recruitment modul. 5 To collect and assimilate the response received from mass emails, calls, portal advts, etc. 6 To maintain RFH details in RFH tracker, open, closed positions. 7 To call up candidates to ascertain their willingness to considered against various RFH, capture their basic details, current ctc, gross salary, expected ctc, gross salary, notice period. 8 To send such interested profiles to Manager HR for further shortlisting. 9 To keep track of CVs being received at company website, maintain CV data bank along with CV summary. 10 To maintain a database of potential , interviewed, rejected, on hold candidates, maintain recruitment tracker 11 To update in ERP portal various requirement under RAMCO HRMS. 12 To arrange for virtual interviews/fact to face interviews as per superiors instructions. 13 Issue offer letter to the candidate and obtain acknowledgement. (Joining Date - For employees joining at any location - 1st to 25th of month only) 14 NHOP program for Manager and above employee. 15 NAPS Recruitment and induction up to salary disbursment. 16 Follow up with candidate to ensure joining as per offer letter. B Employee Engagement & Welfare 1 To assist in EEW activities 2 Co-ordinate with respective departments for the purpose of implementation
