Key Responsibilities: - Developing and showcasing innovative solutions using emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, XR (Extended Reality), Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0 and others. - Design and implement immersive demos that effectively communicate the potential and value of these technologies to business and executive leaders. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and rapidly onboard solutions to innovation centre. - Maintain a hands-on approach to technology development, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. - Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies and methodologies within the team. - Provide technical guidance and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in emerging technologies to guide the strategic direction of the Innovation Center. - Work from Wipro Kodathi, Bangalore office Required Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 12 to 15 years of experience in technology development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using emerging technologies such as AI, XR, Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0, etc. - Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with modern development tools and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, ability to think out of the box and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications or advanced training in emerging technologies. - Experience presenting to executive audiences or public speaking.
