As a TypeScript Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend and frontend services for retail solutions. Collaborating with global teams is essential to deliver high-impact features for retail customers worldwide. It is crucial to write clean, testable, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers. Additionally, contributing to architectural decisions and best practices in a cloud-native environment is a key aspect of this role. You must possess at least 6 years of development experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS (NestJS & RxJS). A minimum of 3 years working with Go (Golang), including Goroutines, Channels, and idiomatic Go practices, is required. Proficiency in databases like Redis, SQLite, and MongoDB is essential, along with a solid understanding of Microservices. An awareness of Cloud concepts such as Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts is also necessary. Prior experience in unit testing, code quality, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Nice to have skills for this role include experience in JavaScript based test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, etc. Development experience in building Cloud Native applications and familiarity with Distributed Messaging mechanisms, including MQTT PUB/SUB mechanisms, are advantageous. Experience in optimizing internet-scale applications and understanding Observability Pillars, including Logging, Tracing, and Metrics, would be beneficial. Overall, this position requires a strong background in TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Go, along with proficiency in database technologies and Cloud concepts. Effective communication skills, mentorship abilities, and a focus on code quality are essential for success in this role.,
