Position: Marketing Digitization Coordinator Department: Marketing & Strategy (SLM) Job Summary: The Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving qualified leads for the sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing the lead generation process, moderating leads, executing direct marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate lead data. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record of success in lead generation and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Moderate and qualify incoming leads, converting marketing qualified leads (MQLs) into sales qualified leads (SQLs). Structure leads based on the specific needs of the query (purchase, pricing, retail partnerships, etc.). Follow up with potential customers to ensure their queries are addressed and converted into leads. Track and maintain detailed records of lead data, including lead source, stage, and conversion status. Analyze lead data to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies. Lead Distribution and Follow Up: Distribute qualified leads to the sales team for actioning. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they have been contacted by the sales team. Track the status of leads with the sales team to ensure timely follow up and closure. igital Marketing Campaign Execution: o Execute direct marketing campaigns through WhatsApp API, ensuring targeted and impactful messaging. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization. Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive lead database, including district-wise data, for reporting and analysis. Provide accurate and timely data reports as required by various stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of lead management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Experience with WhatsApp API and other digital marketing tools. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
