As an Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Operator at mPragati, your responsibilities will include operating both Wire and Die Sink Equipments. You will be in charge of managing the full EDM machine workflow by preparing setups, aligning components accurately, and executing wire and die-sink EDM operations. It will be your duty to diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime, maintain the workspace, and equipment through regular cleaning routines. Additionally, you will need to maintain detailed job documentation and strictly adhere to established operating procedures. Collaboration with team leads and cross-functional personnel is essential to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve production issues. Qualifications for this position include an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Graduation, along with vocational training in precision machining.
