Troubleshoot branch WAN issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and SNMP.. Provide L1 support for branch networks, resolving hardware and software issues for Network devices. Ensure branch network devices are compliant with customer security policies. Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues. Identify and resolve network-related issues using logical troubleshooting methodologies. Analyse network logs, packet captures, and performance metrics , Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
