The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing information about our products and services, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends is also essential, in order to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
