What a typical day looks like Efficiently manage ECO PDM process for manufacturing sites across the globe Work closely with IT for Design & Engineering tools Conduct flawless transition of processes from sites. Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates modifications. Perform Quarterly Annual performance appraisals for the team members. Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports dashboards. Mentor the team and guide them towards effective discharge of functions. Handle escalations if any and escalate matters requiring the senior managements attention on a timely basis. Train new and existing team members and Team Leaders on relevant tools or topics. Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues. Maintain excellent relationship with internal customers at site and with key stakeholders in the organization. Create and make professional presentations to Management and customers. Identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and have your team do the same. Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes. The experience were looking to add to our team: Bachelor Of Engineering (Any Stream) with a minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering ECO Process At least 2 of these years in a Manufacturing set up (preferably EMS) Experience in handling Engineering Change Order Management (ECO/MCO/ECN). Creating setup like product Number, BOM Structure etc in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and ERP for new Products. Creating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan. Downloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes. Release Part list to production for new models & after implementation of ECO's
