About the role: As a Mechanical Designer, youll be the one turning engineering intent into production-ready drawings. We expect precision, clarity, and speed, not excuses. Youll be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D models that drive real-world manufacturing. If you want to grow fast, build real products, and become a rock-solid design professional, this is your place. You are expected to do: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar tools (minimum 1 software is a must). Maintain drawing accuracy, version control, and drawing release processes. Understand and apply basic GD&T in your drawings. Interpret design intent from sketches or verbal input and convert it into technical documentation. Understand project requirements clearly and correspond with colleges, internal teams, or external vendors. Take ownership of design clarity and feedback loops. You will be a great fit if you have: Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field 6 months to 3 years of solid experience in mechanical design and drafting. Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks / Inventor. Exposure to concept design, sheet metal, or machined components is a plus. Youre comfortable navigating new tools, tackling unfamiliar challenges, and independently finding solutions. We value initiative and self-sufficiency rather than providing step-by-step instructions, we encourage asking insightful questions, learning quickly, and executing efficiently.
