Designation : Motion Graphic Designer Experience: 1-2 years Location: Pune Responsibilities Create engaging motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, video content, and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and content goals. Develop storyboards and design concepts for video projects. Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the projects vision and objectives. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing to create engaging video content. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to videos, ensuring the final product meets all project requirements. Ensure technical aspects such as resolution, aspect ratios, and formats meet project and platform specifications. Effectively communicate video ideas, concepts, and revisions to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent production process. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging video editing technologies, and implement best practices in video production. Proactively explore new video editing techniques, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality and creativity of videos. Contribute to video branding initiatives by ensuring videos reflect the company's vision and values, fostering brand consistency and recognition. Required Skills High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making ability. Must perform all video editing using the tools provided by the company, which includes Movavi . Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking. Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and provide insights Capable of working independently and managing time effectively without constant supervision. Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a collaborative attitude toward teamwork. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs. Technical knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to create video content that integrates with Salesforce features or documentation, is a plus. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or related field or any equivalent qualification in a related discipline. Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is an added advantage. Proficiency in video editing software like Movavi, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is required. Familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software is preferred. The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years.
