We are seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Commercial Executive/Engineer to support and drive the execution of solar projects across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to manage project lifecycle activities from feasibility studies and design to tendering, client negotiations, and execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Proficiency Design and analyze solar PV systems including module layouts, inverter selection, and structural elements. Conduct performance analysis using tools such as PVsyst , AutoCAD , and other simulation/design software. Oversee technical site surveys and ensure optimal system configuration and placement. 2. Commercial Acumen Conduct detailed project feasibility studies , cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling . Calculate and optimize ROI and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) for prospective projects. Evaluate vendor quotes, material pricing, and cost-control strategies. 3. Regulatory Knowledge Stay current with state and central government solar policies , including subsidies like PM-KUSUM , DISCOM norms, and Net Metering regulations in AP & Telangana . Ensure all project activities comply with local and national regulatory requirements. 4. Tender & Bidding Management Prepare technical and commercial proposals for solar tenders (government and private). Participate in the bidding process , respond to RFPs/RFQs, and handle client queries. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. 5. Business Development Identify and engage new business opportunities in rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid solar projects. Conduct technical presentations, pre-sales support, and client meetings to secure new orders. 6. Project Management Plan, schedule, and monitor solar project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and installation teams. Ensure timely and quality project execution as per customer expectations. 7. Communication & Coordination Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and government officials. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and management. Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction. 8. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Address and resolve technical and commercial challenges on-site. Offer cost-effective and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce risks. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in PVsyst, AutoCAD , and MS Office Suite Deep understanding of solar system components, performance parameters, and energy yield forecasts Strong grasp of financial modeling, costing , and ROI analysis Experience in tender documentation and contract management Knowledge of solar regulations, policies , and government incentives Excellent communication, presentation , and negotiation skills Strong analytical , problem-solving , and project coordination abilities Willingness to travel frequently across project locations

As a Design & Drafting Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in solar energy or electrical projects, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and potentially 3D models for various solar energy projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with project and site teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of project design documentation. Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of detailed 2D layouts, electrical wiring diagrams, SLDs, and civil/structural drawings for solar PV projects. In addition, you will be involved in developing 3D models and visualizations for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems, where applicable. You will assist in creating project documentation such as GA drawings, cable routing plans, mounting structures, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Furthermore, you will be required to review and modify designs based on site conditions, engineering inputs, and client requirements, ensuring coordination with site engineers for accurate field execution. Your role will also involve supporting engineering teams in technical evaluations, design calculations, and compliance checks, while maintaining proper documentation of drawings and revisions with version control. It is essential that all designs comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Collaborating with procurement and installation teams for technical clarity on drawings will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and have a basic understanding of 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, SolidWorks, or PVSyst. A strong grasp of solar PV system layouts, electrical components, and structural elements is crucial, along with attention to detail and precision in drafting and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills are required to interpret engineering concepts into practical drawings effectively. Familiarity with industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations is also necessary for this role. Role & responsibilities: Assist in the structural design and analysis of: Lattice towers (self-supporting and guyed) Monopoles Mounting structures (sector frames, antenna platforms, rooftop mounts) Perform analysis and prepare calculation packages in compliance with industry standards, with a strong emphasis on: TIA-222 ASCE 7 IBC ACI 318 Support foundation design efforts including: Pad and pier foundations Drilled pier foundations Soil-structure interaction considerations and loading from superstructure Conduct wind and seismic load analysis for various site conditions using applicable codes. Model and evaluate structures using analysis software such as RISA-3D , TNX Tower , and other FEA tools as applicable. Collaborate with senior engineers, drafters, and project teams to develop and review design drawings , connection details , and load trees . Contribute to the development of standard design templates and calculation tools. Support preparation of technical reports , equipment mounting layouts , and foundation drawings . Ensure all engineering output complies with internal QA/QC standards and customer requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. 4 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with exposure to telecom infrastructure. Strong working knowledge of: TIA-222 structural design standards ASCE 7 , IBC , and ACI 318 Proficiency in structural analysis software: RISA-3D TNX Tower Exposure to FEA tools like STAAD Pro , SAP2000 , or similar (preferred) Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for structural detailing and component modelling. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to interpret geotechnical reports and incorporate findings into foundation design. Preferred candidate profile: Exposure to foundation design for telecom structures, including: Isolated pad foundations Drilled piers / deep foundations Slab and pile combinations Experience with telecom tower manufacturers, engineering consultants, or carriers. Understanding of connection design, base plate detailing, and erection considerations. Willingness to learn and adapt to project-specific tools and customer requirements.

Using software like AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, and Staad Pro, you will design solar PV systems and select appropriate solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical components. Your focus will be on ensuring that the system design meets local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. You will also be conducting shadow analysis, energy yield simulations, and system optimization. In addition, you will be designing AC/DC electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and cable schedules while calculating voltage drop, short circuit analysis, and earthing system requirements. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes such as IEC, NEC, IS, and collaborating with engineers for the structural stability of rooftop and ground-mounted systems. Designing solar PV mounting structures using structural engineering principles and selecting appropriate materials like steel, aluminum, etc., will be part of your role to ensure strength, weight, and corrosion resistance meet industry standards. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimation for projects, calculating CAPEX, OPEX, and ROI to evaluate project viability, and working with suppliers and procurement teams for quotations and vendor selection. Your task will also include optimizing designs to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency and reliability.,
