Role & responsibilities Assist in the setup and operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Support process optimization to improve cycle time, product quality, and reduce scrap rates. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mold tools, machines, and robots. Monitor production performance and conduct root cause analysis for defects or downtime. Maintain documentation including process sheets, setup instructions, and maintenance logs. Collaborate with quality and tooling teams to ensure products meet specifications. Participate in new mold trials, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing protocols. Preferred candidate profile DPT, PG-PPT,DPMT from CIPET 26 years of experience in injection molding or plastics processing preferred. Basic understanding of injection molding machines, materials, and tooling. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
