Key Responsibilities: Mold Creation: Molders construct, adapt, and modify molds from blueprints or specifications, using tools like lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment. Mold Maintenance: They ensure molds are clean, in good working condition, and meet quality standards. Quality Control: Molders inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments. Material Handling: They may be responsible for preparing and mixing materials for molding. Collaboration: They often work closely with engineers and designers to ensure the accuracy and quality of the final product.
