Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. 2. Plan, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes for die casting (HPDC) and injection molding. 3. Design, review, and optimize molds for production efficiency and product quality. 4. Coordinate with design, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. 5. Implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives. 6. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards 7. Train and mentor production staff on mold design and manufacturing best practices.. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.. Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of die casting (HPDC) and injection mold processes. Proven experience in mold design and production management. Minimum 1015 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Position 2: Engineer / Sr Engineer - Electrical Maintenance TADA Sri City (High Pressure Die Casting - Aluminum Die Casting) Position Title : Engineer / Sr Engineer - Electrical Maintenance Department : Maintenance Reporting To: Maintenance Manager Location : Sricity, TADA, Andhra Pradesh Industry : Manufacturing / High Pressure Die Casting (Aluminum Die Casting) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems in high-pressure die casting machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems of high-pressure die casting machines, including PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize unplanned downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA). Collaborate with the engineering team to implement automation and process improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history. Train and guide junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring electrical issues. Study & troubleshoot electrical circuit drawings Die cast machine maintenance & breakdown analysis Kaizen implementation & process improvement Power changeover & monitoring Prepare maintenance documents & ensure safety compliance Support machine shop & utility maintenance. Qualifications: Education: Diploma holders/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in high-pressure die casting or a similar manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), VFDs, and control systems. Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and diagrams. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and technical skills. Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required. Working Conditions: The Work environment may involve exposure to high temperatures, noise, and heavy machinery. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
