Role & responsibilities Manage shifts, manpower allocation, and achieve production targets. Handle mould loading/unloading, machine startup, and process control. Troubleshoot injection moulding defects and reduce startup/rejection issues. Program robots like Wittman, Yushin and prepare EOAT as per mould needs. Conduct new mould trials and prepare trial reports. Ensure CAPA implementation, safety compliance, and 5S activities. Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown reduction. Maintain production/rejection data and drive process improvement projects. Key Skills: Injection moulding process knowledge & robot programming. Troubleshooting, CAPA, and cycle time reduction.
