The ideal candidate should have a solid background in production planning and control specific to the tool room and mold-making environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and monitor detailed production plans for new mold manufacturing and modifications. Coordinate with design, machining, EDM, assembly, and QC teams to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Track and update mold manufacturing progress daily/weekly using planning tools or software. Prepare production schedules based on priority, available resources, and delivery deadlines. Identify bottlenecks, delays, or material shortages and initiate prompt corrective actions. Liaise with the purchase and stores departments for the timely availability of raw materials and standard parts. Maintain up-to-date production reports, dashboards, and status trackers.
