You should be an experienced individual with a strong understanding of the following key areas: - Operating injection moulding machines efficiently. - Loading and unloading moulds. - Setting appropriate temperatures for barrels and hopper dryers. - Identifying different types of plastic granules. - Possessing basic machine repair skills. - Familiarity with running a cutter grinder. - Implementing strategies to reduce cycle time and boost production. - Providing quick and innovative solutions to enhance production and sales. - Willingness to work as per the job requirements. - Holding an ITI Diploma certificate would be advantageous. This is a full-time and permanent position that includes day shifts and performance bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience, with a minimum education level of secondary (10th pass). An ITI certification is mandatory for this role.
