Mould Designer

As a skilled Injection Mould Design Engineer, your role involves designing injection moulds for plastic parts using conceptual skills. You will be responsible for completing 3D mould designs using NX-1926 or NX-2007 software and utilizing Mould Wizard & Electrode Wizard for efficient design. Proficiency in NX drafting & NX assembly is required, with an advantage in caps & closure products mould design. Your responsibilities also include conducting mould simulation, documenting all design processes, and troubleshooting as needed. It is essential to demonstrate basic knowledge of Mould Assembly & manufacturing processes and understand basic principles of Mould raw material selection. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in NX software within the Injection Moulds industry - Experience in Mould Quotation Estimation and GD & T - Qualifications in B.
