We are looking for motivated and client-focused Finance Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities - Operational Support Assist clients with application forms, KYC, documentation, and policy issuance. Ensure timely renewal follow-ups for insurance and SIPs. Coordinate with insurance companies, AMCs, and service partners for policy servicing and issue resolution. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate client data, sales records, and MIS reports. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Willingness to attend training sessions for product knowledge and compliance updates. Maintaining long-term trust and relationship with clients. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (MBA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in Financial Services / Insurance / Mutual Funds (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools. Passion for financial planning and client servicing.
