Implement advanced control algorithms like FOC (Field Oriented Control) and DTC (Direct Torque Control) . Perform firmware calibration, encoder angle tuning , and system parameter optimization. Collaborate with hardware engineers for seamless integration of firmware and motor hardware. Conduct HIL testing , system debugging, and performance validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor dynamometers. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain high-quality technical documentation . What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline. Proficient in C/C++ , control systems , embedded platforms , and power electronics . Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink , PSpice , and microcontrollers like ARM Cortex M . Hands-on with communication protocols : CAN, SPI, UART, I2C. Solid understanding of motor safety and compliance standards . Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and real-time firmware debugging .
