As a Vehicle Dynamics, Design, and Fabrication Expert specializing in Electric Vehicles, you will be responsible for traveling to various cities and colleges to build student formulas, go-karts, e-vehicles, and more. Your annual CTC ranges from 4,50,000 to 6,00,000 along with a performance bonus. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability. We are in search of a dedicated and skilled professional with 1-2 years of experience in electric vehicles (EVs) and concept vehicle development to join our team. If you have participated in events such as Baja, Supra, or Formula Student, or have attended workshops by Capabl/ Elite Techno Group, and possess strong expertise in vehicle fabrication, design, and electric powertrains, this position is tailored for you. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and developing vehicle dynamics for concept vehicles, focusing on performance, safety, and energy efficiency. You will oversee the fabrication process, including welding, cutting, assembly, and integration of EV components like motors, batteries, and controllers. Utilizing software like SolidWorks, you will design traditional and electric vehicles, covering chassis, suspension, and powertrain layouts. Furthermore, you will work on the detailed design of electric powertrains, optimizing battery systems, motor selection, and regenerative braking systems. In addition, you will lead hands-on EV build projects, ensuring smooth integration of EV systems and maintaining high fabrication standards. Guiding and mentoring young engineers through design, fabrication, and assembly processes for both traditional and EVs will be a crucial part of your role. Traveling to events and workshops, leading teams, and offering on-site guidance for concept and EV builds will also be part of your duties. Delivering engaging presentations and technical workshops, sharing insights on vehicle dynamics, EV technology, and fabrication processes will be expected from you. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience in automotive events like Baja, Supra, or Formula Student, with a focus on EVs or hybrid systems. Strong proficiency in vehicle fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, and assembly, along with expertise in EV component integration, is essential. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software for designing conventional and electric vehicles is required. Knowledge of EV systems, including battery management, motor controllers, and energy-efficient design principles, is a must. A deep passion for traditional vehicles and electric mobility, coupled with a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and powertrain engineering, is highly desirable. Willingness to travel for training and project requirements, excellent communication skills, a flair for mentoring, and engaging with young engineers, as well as confident stage presence and public speaking abilities, are also necessary.
