Motor Rewinding Technician

We are currently hiring skilled Single Phase and three Phase Water Pump Motor Rewinding Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in disassembling, rewinding, assembling, and testing electric water pump motors. Key Responsibilities: Rewind various types of electric motors, especially water pump motors (AC/DC). Diagnose faults in pump motors and determine if rewinding is required. Disassemble motors, remove windings, and record specifications. Wind coils using appropriate techniques and tools. Reassemble and test rewound motors for performance and safety. Requirements: Proven experience in water pump motor rewinding (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Knowledge of different motor types and winding patterns. Ability to use winding machines, multimeters, and insulation testers. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Technical diploma or certification in electrical or mechanical fields. Experience with submersible and industrial pumps is a plus.
